What are the income and credit qualifications?

What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
Your roommate cannot sign the lease or move into the property.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
All leases will have an early termination addendum, outlining the notice period and associated fees for terminating the lease prior to the expiration date.
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Yes for an additional fee.
Do you accept short term leases?
We currently accept 15-18 month leases with 6-15 month renewal term offers.
Are residents required to have renters insurance?

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Maintenance requests can be submitted via the resident portal, by calling the leasing office, or stopping by the leasing office.
When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
On what day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
Late fees will be charged on the 4th of the month.
Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
Yes
Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Resident portal.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Guests staying longer than 7 days must be added to the lease.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes, they will need to be added to the lease.
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
No
Does the property offer on-site recycling?

Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
Yes, but it must be returned to the original color at move-out or will be assessed the appropriate fee by our painter.
